Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by law, EchoMk1 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, if you breach these Terms or engage in prohibited activities.
